check mta-sts testing vs enforce mode and max_age #73

Currently not pointed out if mta-sts is in tesging or in enforce mode. Easily forgotten to set to enforce mode.

Also max_age needs to be some decent amount of time. I've read somewhere less than 1 day gets ignored by google.
