Why tracker server ip can't be '127.0.0.1' ?

Please don't make any assumption how user will use your code.

可靠性考虑；
性能考虑（磁盘IO，内存）；

（另：如确实需要测试，可试试绑定本机内网IP，“192.168.x.x"）
