Describe the issue
I tried to export CarePlan, which contains many other references like CareTeam, Goal,... and other resource types. i tried to use _type=CarePlan,_typeFilter=CarePlan?include=[CareTeam, Goal, ...] but only CarePlan is exported.

  • How can i export other reference resources associated with my CarePlan resource

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • HAPI FHIR Version: 6.8.3
  • OS: MacOS 18.1
  • Browser: Safari
