I receive the following issue when trying to install 'tricycle' 1.8.0 on R 4.3.1 with BioManager 3.17:
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘tricycle’ in loadNamespace(j <- imp[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[j]]):
there is no package called ‘scater’
Are there specific functions that require 'scater', and is it possible to install 'tricycle' without it (as my system has issues installing packages like 'scater' that require compiling due to the M1 chip).
