This is a step towards extracting the Winit-using parts from `fj-viewer` into their own crate.
This is another step towards decoupling the input code from Winit.

Creates a new crate,
fj-window, which contains all the Winit-based stuff that was formerly part offj-viewer. This enables alternative application frontends that are not based on Winit.Close #572
