In the main project I work on, we have a large (absurd?) number of config files, most of which need to be in the top level of the repository:

18f_c2_at_hakiri

I propose that manifest.json be deprecated in favor of hakiri.yml, which would

  • Make it more clear that the file is for Hakiri
  • Allow inline commenting (i.e. "the postgres version should correspond to RDS...check it at this URL")
