Please design a way for LADOT administrators to hide projects on the My Projects page from all other administrators.

Details

Per this comment in Issue 1357, individual LADOT administrators are expected to encounter projects on the My Projects page that they know are no longer relevant to the work any administrators are doing. They don't want those projects to build up and clutter the My Project page's results, so they need a way for administrators to remove those junk projects from the view of all administrators rather than per individual.

Action Items

• Via Create Admin Accounts & Security roles for LADOT/LACP #1357 , establish stakeholder requirements for this feature.
• Design one or more workflows that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Design UI mockups for each step in the workflows.
• Review with the design team. Update designs if needed based on feedback.
• Review with the product, development, and research teams. Update designs if needed based on feedback.
• Add a slide to the the staging deck
• After the slide has been approved by production, move it to the stakeholder presentation deck for the next stakeholder meeting.
• Review the design at the stakeholder meeting. Update designs if needed based on feedback.
• After getting stakeholder approval, create a design handoff for the development team.
