Modify PDF Print Format to put results under title section, update footer dates

Overview

Move the Target Points and Earned Points lines on the Calculation Prinout to the bottom of the Project Description Section, under the Description. Also modify the footer to show a line that says

Action Items

• Move the Target Points and Earned Points lines to just above the Project Details section.
• Modify the footer to include the line "Status: " followed by Eeither "Draft", "Snapshot" or "Shared Snapshot", depending on the project status. Shared Snapshot means that the project belongs to another user, but is shared with the current user.
• If the project is a submitted snapshot, a second footer line should say "Snapshot Submitted: " followed by the date the snapshot was submitted in the same format as the Date Last Saved line below it.
