Description

In order to facilitate asynchronous ingestion workers, separate out database initiation/schema creation into a devoted process.

Action Items

  • Create new method in sqlIngest that drops old ingest table
  • Create method to initiate sql_ingest_table before adding data with pandas
  • Change pandas insert method to be append instead of replace

Ingest functionality added in #479 by @jmensch1 ; Ingest no longer using pandas
