Overview

We need to automatically create issues for the project board to track inbound Contact Us form messages.

Note:

Action Items

This is a rough estimate of the work. Essentially, there are two pieces: the contact form itself, and the redux changes to execute the feedback request to our server. I think we can start by copying the old v1 contact form into v2 and resolving any build or style conflicts. Then, we can update the redux code to handle the request and response.
