Use real position of location instead of geocoding the address

Feature request.

In some cases the location of an event is very imprecise. Using the geocoded address for the position is good in most cases but when the event takes place on a university campus it won't help you much.

For example the RheinJug takes place on the Düsseldorf University Campus. The given address is correct but puts you in the middle of the campus. The entrance to the building is at 51.188509,6.796364.

If the userbase supplies you with a better geo location would you be able to integrate it?

I think it is a good idea to add the possibility to attach GeoCoords to the events that have a higher priority than the automatically determined ones. What do you think @bitboxer ?

Im Radar sollte der Nutzer das in den Infotext eingeben ... Wir sollten im Adminbereich die Möglichkeit haben zwischen Geocode und Manuell umzuschalten
