Notify on changes of event/added comment

It should be possible to get notified via email when the event, single event changes or a new comment is added.

Users should select what notifications they get and how they get them...

Events an denen ich teilnehme:     (x) per Mail (x) Im NewsFeed (x) Per Push auf die App* 
Events der Kategorie XYZ:          (x) per Mail (x) Im NewsFeed (x) Per Push auf die App* 

Maybe even a little button in an event Notify me when stuff changes like GitHub does with Issues / Pull Requests ;)

PS: Are we copying a lot of GitHub stuff? :D

We need to enhance it an create a nice email that users can receive. The current mail is only for admins to see :)

As discussed on the Mailinglist by @EinLama we could also provide a view on the website to display the changes like Github does it.
