I am using the calibration node for the kinect for our baxter and a xtion pro. The transformation I get is close to a good one. However, the node started to give me this message :

and the error started to be bigger. What does this message mean, and why this does not appear all the time?
The transformation we are taking for is the one between /world and /camera_link.
