功能描述

竖屏视频720P，硬解卡顿。480P还行。但是现在横屏视频，不到720P，很多细节看不到。所以希望能单独设置竖屏清晰度，或者将竖屏清晰度降一级。

+1，希望能做横竖屏分别设置分辨率的功能。可能实现和官方app一样的横屏后无缝切换到更高分辨率比较困难，可以做个开关交给用户选择是否使用这个功能。我个人是宁可横竖屏切换要重新加载视频也希望要有横竖屏不同分辨率设置（
