Error: Command errored out with exit status 1 when installing Chatterbot

Installing Chatterbot always fails when I get to the build dependencies after collecting spacy. I have searched around and tried various commands from other similar problems, but have not been able to solve the issue. Here is the terminal when attempting to install:

This error should be resolved as of ChatterBot version 1.0.8. See #2027 for details.
