Permit to use username and password and/or database url

I see in the source code there is no option to set a username/passoword pair for the connection to the mongo database and/or to set directly the url that is used to connect to mongodb.

Please add these: they are very useful and a couple of lines to add.

Sorry for the late reply, you can see what I've changed in my repo but I've not tested it because I'm too busy at the moment and I won't submit a PR any time soon.
If you've time to test it, do so and feel free to merge (or I could submit a PR then).
