@jamesgorrie has already spun up a frontend-front-web-PROD AND A frontend-front-web-CODE stack.

The work was done in the following PRs:

Since most of the work is done and the resources are up and running, this ticket is to review whether we need a separate LB for the fronts DCR App. See discussion here on whether we want to go with one LB per DCR App (e.g. DCRArticleLB for DCRArticleApp, DCRFrontsLB for DCRFrontsApp etc.) or we want one LB for all DCR apps. This discussion depends on #9310.

Assuming this will include tag page rendering. If not we should discuss creating another stack for that.

We need to decide whether we want to render tag pages in the "facia" app or in the "misc" app. Currently I think frontend handles tag pages in the "applications" app. Our original plan was to let "facia" handle both fronts and tag pages
