The channelz output from
grpcdebugin #2502 (comment) shows logs that look likeCONNECTING -\u003e READY, which is supposed to beCONNECTING -> READY. To make that look better, this change uses a format that is more similar to logs shown in examples in thegrpcdebugdocumentation. So, that log line would now sayConnectivity state change to READY.
