I noticed that when I access the participants of the designated course, there are 81 participants.
Whereas when I check the learners registered for the attestoodle program, there are 135.
So there are learners in the attestoodle program who are not among the participants in the course.
I then noticed that there are learners whose accounts are suspended, others who are deleted and finally others who have two user accounts.
In particular : Three suspended accounts and three deleted accounts.
Two people with two accounts, one of which has been deleted.
When I compare it with our pre-production platform, on which we don't have this problem, there are the following differences : An account is not suspended and two other accounts are not deleted.
It seems to me that the problem comes from one of these last three.
We encounter an error when we click on the "Generate all certificates" button :
This problem only appears on batch certificate generation whereas single certificate generation still works.
It appears that this problem is caused when an account has been deleted.
