Integrate training save/restore feature in the core plugin

Currently (v1.10.1), Attestoodle training save and restore features are part of the sub-plugin https://github.com/grp-attestoodle/moodle-tool_save_attestoodle.

In my understanding, sub-plugins are made for optional features that may has various implementations, but not for core features.

Being able to save and restore trainings should be considered as major features because it deals with data security.

Therefore I think training save and restoration should be integrated in the core plugin.

Additionally, I think the attestooble block in user's profile should be removed (attestoodle has nothing to do with user profile), and training restoration item moved with other settings in the site administration / course / Attestoodle menu.
