Subject of the issue

Grid widgets are 100% width. Dragging the widget works, but the drop target doesn't seem to (other widgets reposition instantly, as if you weren't hovering anything over them). Dropping obviousy doesn't work either (I guess due to the hovering not working).
Might be related to #540
