Added better handling of old Anki versions which may/may not have theme managers or night mode. This is my first time editing an Anki plugin so any feedback is appreciated |

@gregorrr Is there any chance of expediting this? I'm unable to upgrade my Anki and use night mode without this fix |
Fix fields.py
* Inital attempt to use HTML for markdown creation to keep images when changin; Changed default colour scheme. * Added exception for &.
* Changed back to using field_plain but kept images. * Added release zip/bumped version number.
* Update editor.py * Update fields.py * Add files via upload
replace character '\xa0' in field_plain with ' '(blank space). Co-authored-by: smalltown <[email protected]>
