streamlined update failed

I was looking forward to trying out the new streamlined update. Unfortunately I got this error during the process. plot status doesn't look like it was running (no GUI) but looking at task manager I see ChiaPlotStatus running. After killing the process it installs ok.

So I tried the same on 2 other machines and those completed without any issues. I guess it's just an issue on this one machine this time. I guess it wasn't able to properly kill the main process since the GUI did go away but the process lingered.
