Expected behavior

Residential roads under construction appear with the same width or thinner than actual residential roads at z14.

Actual behavior

Residential roads under construction appear much wider compared to actual residential roads at z14.

Yes, it seems too heavy, it might be a good idea to (a) move to basing the dashing color of construction roads on the landuse=construction color and (b) lighten the color to use for white roads so the contrast is similar to that of other road types.

If someone wahts to work on construction roads rendering - we also have two other long standing issues about that: #398 and #761.
