Add a "Learn" section to the docs

#12787 proposes organizing our docs as a linear progression from trying out Teleport to choosing an edition, launching the Auth/Proxy, configuring RBAC, adding resources, and maintaining the cluster.

Some existing sidebar sections don't really fit within this scheme, including "Preview", "Architecture", and "Contribute". We can consider adding a "Learn" section for guides that are intended as conceptual introductions to different topics, helping us distinguish this content from references, getting started guides, and step-by-step guides.

Closing this. Now that we've implemented the docs reorganization, I'm not sure there's a clear need for this change.
