Details

This is one task within the docs reorganization project tracked by #12787, which reorganizes the documentation according to a user's familiarity with Teleport. This means structuring the left navigation menu as a timeline, beginning with "Get Started."

Currently, our content on getting started with Teleport skews toward the Open Source edition, and users need to discover our Cloud and Enterprise guides for themselves. We should make it clear from the beginning of a user's journey through the documentation that Cloud and Enterprise are alternatives to Open Source.

Now that we can make the content of a single docs page dynamic based on the user's scope (cloud, oss, and enterprise), we should move the content from the Enterprise and Cloud sections into the other sections, which are organized by theme. Users can adjust their scope to get the right instructions for their use-case. This means that users of all editions can use the same routes through the docs site.

#13342 partially addresses this issue by moving the getting started guides for Cloud/Enterprise into the /docs/getting-started section. I think we can go further and move all Cloud/Enterprise content so a user can navigate to all docs pages according to theme, rather than theme or edition.

We should make this change after other steps in #12787 to avoid having to move these guides twice.
