Missing variable configuration in example #12

I was trying to run the example found here: https://github.com/grafeas/client-python#getting-started
But it looks like the variable configuration is not defined.

  File "test.py", line 8, in <module>
    api_instance = grafeas.GrafeasApi(grafeas.ApiClient(configuration))
NameError: name 'configuration' is not defined
