Seemingly running version 842bd3b of app and db but this git short hash is not in this repository. What version/location is the code at running in docker-compose (so I can browse it) — I noticed e.g. that JAEGER_ENDPOINT vs JAEGER_AGENT_HOST are different from the code (right now) versus what it's like in the docker-compose file, and it would be great to understand how to configure opentelemetry to send jaeger-formatted data with thrift encoding IRL.
