How to reproduce

k6exec archive examples/sqlite.js

k6exec inspect --execution-requirements archive.tar
ERRO[0000] accepts 1 arg(s), received 0                 
ERRO[0000] exit status 255                               app=k6exec
exit status 1

Interestingly, passing it as the last argument in the CLI works:

k6exec inspect  archive.tar --execution-requirements

(output omitted for brevity)
