Backend plugin epic

This is epic issue for all initial backend plugin implementation work.

• Simple backend plugin that proxy all queries
• Authentication on the backend (Backend: renew auth token if expired #799, Store password encrypted in SecureJsonData #800)
• Cache for requests (Backend: cache for Zabbix API requests #802)
• Per-datasource cache and auth storage (Per-datasource cache and auth storage #812)
• Initial alerting queries (Backend: initial alerting query #801)
• Functions support on the backend (Functions support on the backend side #869) (Moved to 4.1)

So I would be very interested in the last point. I use the functions (scale, offset ...) very diligently, but then I cannot set an alarm.

Yes, functions is the next task in my backend backlog, so hope I can (start at least) do it soon.
