Grafana Variable not update after refresh page

What happened?

Grafana dashboard with Variable data source Zabbix not update and error undefined. Must go to Setting and manual run query.
Zabbix V7.2.1-7.2.2
Grafana V11.4.0
Zabbix Plugin V4.6.0

What did you expect to happen?

Grafana variable can auto update after refresh page

Did this work before?

Old version Zabbix V6.4, Grafana V10.2.3 running normally

How do we reproduce it?

1.Update Zabbix to V7.2.2
2.Update Grafana to V11.4.0
3.Create dashboard
4.Dashboard setting - Variable - New variable
5.Variable type = Query
6.Name = Group
7.Data source = Zabbix
8.Query type = Group
9.Group = /.*/
10.Regex = /^(?!Discovered)/
