Infinity datasource not working in test instance (Plugin unavailable)

I tried to install Infinity Datasource in my local (Grafana version -10.0.3),it's working fine .when i tried to copy the plugin and install in test instance it is giving an error as "Plugin unavailable ".

1.Open Grafana (version -10.0.3) dashboard and select connections from side navigation bar
2.search Infinity in search bar and click on install button
3.open datasources option and open Infinity datasource and click on save and test.In local it is adding datasource,but in my test instance it is giving plugin unavailable error when clicks on save and test button
