Count by x-minute interval

I'm working on project where we're trying to group by x-minute intervals.

Data looks like the following

"arrived": [
        {
            "departed": 1731921693,
            "arrived": 1731927572,
        },
        {
            "departed": 1733921694,
            "arrived": 1731927572,
        }
]

If possible how would I group by x-minute intervals. Like 5 minutes.

Currently have the following UQL

parse-json
| project "arrived"
| extend "arrived"=unixtime_seconds_todatetime("arrived")
| order by "arrived" asc

It's intended to be used in a graph to show arrivals within x-minute interval
