[Feature] Ability to administratively allow/block connections to given hosts

Currently the Infinity datasource has a Security configuration section that provides the ability to allow only a given set of hosts. This is useful in many instances, however some Enterprise users configure additional allow/deny lists in the config file, which should be honoured by this datasource as well.
