  • Cleanup build scripts
  • Simplify Maven POM setting
  • Disable "pluginMaven" publication for maven-publish
  • Remove Gradle building warnings: `Multiple publications with coordinates 'org.graceframework:grace-gradle-plugin:2023.2.0-SNAPSHOT' are published to repository 'mavenLocal'.
