Impossible to remove the "flavor" of a document

When turning a document into a particular "flavor", it's impossible to remove the flavor.

Expected Behavior

When selecting Flavor->None, the document should become normal again (black font on white background, no icon).

Current Behavior

If the document has a particular "flavor" selected (success, information, etc.), selecting None does nothing. Nevertheless, one gets a successful toast.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a document of "information" flavor
2. Edit it to remove the flavor (set it to None)
3. The document has still the "information" flavor.
