Removing the example project makes the tests crash #146

If we remove the example project, the tests will crash as TS does not recognize the custom jest matchers exposed by "jest-immutable-matchers"

Solutions:

Stop using the outdated custom matchers and remove Immutable ?
Find the root cause of the unrecognized matchers.
