Please add directions on how to build libt3widget from cloned repo

In the README document it gives these directions on how to build this library:

$ ./configure
or
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr
(see ./configure --help for more tuning options)
$ make all
$ make install

This doesn't work for the github repo. This repo does not have a configure file. I ask that directions be supplied on how to build libt3widget from a cloned repo please.
