P2P and decentralised networks are characterised by the openness of the communication protocols and by untrusted peers to come together and collaborate. This model opens door to adversaries to join the network and actively (even if honestly) disrupt the network. How would a service which flags peers in P2P networks that are misbehaving (according to a given set of protocols) look like?
