Allow Crown Logo to be customised

We are building a service that doesn't live directly under gov.uk which means there are restrictions on the use of the Crown Logo and GDS Transport font.

The service is using GOV.UK One Login for authentication and incorporates the service header which uses the logo and font.

It would be helpful if the service header supported the ability to customise the logo to allow non-GOV.UK services to comply with the above restrictions.
