The GOV.UK header has the parameter homepageUrl that defaults to /. The GOV.UK One Login service header uses homepageLink that defaults to https://www.gov.uk/. The parameter names and defaults should be aligned.

Ideally oneLoginLink and signOutLink should also be renamed to oneLoginUrl and signOutUrl respectively.
