If fingerprinting worries you, use the Tor browser, or disable javascript. Most fingerprinting is from 3rd parties, blocking 3rd-party javascript by default is a good approach.

Why not just use Script Safe together with uBlock Origin ? If both are compatible with each other, then just use both, that way you're completely protected.
