Bugfix Release for Metrics Retrieval

This release improves the retrieval of metrics.

Changes included:

• The SQS queue now runs in FIFO mode.
• Messages from SQS are retrieved in batch-mode to improve read performance (x10)
• Updates the AWS SDK to the latest version
• Replace deprecated API calls
