Reminder: Updating the minimum required PHP version for this library to PHP 8.0

By July 5, 2023, the composer file of this library will require PHP version 8.0 or later.

PHP 7.4 was sunset in November 2022. The PHP development team no longer provides security fixes for the versions, so we highly recommend migrating from this version as soon as possible.

Hi, was there an exact date for this? We are scoping/planning our work and it would be great if an exact date of the change announced.

I'm aiming at July 5. Note that unless you use a dev-main branch of this library, this shouldn't affect your project yet until the next release (which is around August 2023).

I can't migrate php7.4 version to php8.0 in my current project, instead i want google-ads-php v15 compatible with php7.4.
how should I achieve it ?

That's not possible unless you fork this repository and modify it locally.
