Tap latency measurement doesn't work on Android 15 #126

Device: vivo X200 Pro (Android 15)
When I tried tap latency test, the app shows
"ACTION_UP bogus kernelTime, ignored"
and couldn't measure.
I confirmed the bug only happens on Android 15 phones such as vivo X200 Pro, OnePlus 13, REDMAGIC 10 Pro and it works on Android 14 phones.
