Add support to kmlwriter to show stop-station hierarchy

Update the kmlwriter script to optionally (--show_stop_hierarchy option) show stop-station hierarchy information between stops, stations, platforms, and entrances.  This will be done by styling each type of stop with a different color, putting them in separate sub-folders and also showing pathways connecting platforms and entrances to their parent stations.
