Unable to access bugs.chromium.org with non-Google GitHub email (Issue 49508, 49513)

I got cc'd for found issues 49508 and 49513 as a maintainer on the fuzzed repository, and can log in with GitHub on oss-fuzz.com to see the relevant details of testcase 4831410241798144 and 6048143472459776, but cannot access the bugs.chromium issue.

My Google account has my GitHub account email as a verified recovery email, and my GitHub account has my Google account email verified -- though I don't know how much of this is visible externally for privacy reasons.

I think what's needed may be either

• Allow logging into bugs.chromium with a GitHub account, like is done for oss-fuzz; or
• Allow adding additional non-Google emails to a bugs.chromium account to gain access that way.

This also means that I am unable to adjust my notification settings for the cc's, since there doesn't seem to be a user login associated with the cc'd email that I can log into.
