[Side panel] Fix LOI names - use only id or name

Format should be:
: $name ($id), name, or $type $id (when type is "Area" or "Point")

Examples:

• Point SFX-210200 - id only
• Sao Felix do Xingu - name only
• Sao Felix do Xingu (SFX-210200) - name and ID

Where id is the LOIs customId field, and name is a string optionally set in the LOI's properties map.
