Reason for Changes

Three separate things:

  • Expanding the IParameterModel interface
  • Removing support for return types from the ObervableProcedureModel
  • Adding an interface of the ProcedureMap (which includes our non-Map methods)

Test Coverage

Relevant tests already existed.
