Visually hide scrollbars temporarily

Problem

When other flyouts are overlaying the workspace (i.e. the trashcan or backpack flyouts), the overlapping scrollbars can cause visual confusion.

Request

Add a way to temporarily visually hide scrollbars on the main workspace so that only one set of scrollbars exists in the same location at a time.

Additional context

App Inventor does this so there aren't scrollbar conflicts when its backpack is open.
